LIQUID CHLORINE 12% SANITIZER

An effective sanitizer and bleaching compound for a wide variety of applications. It provides an easy and economical way of cleaning and removing stains without scratching porcelain finishes. Ideal for food plant use.

DIRECTIONS: When used as a sanitizer 200 p.p.m. is normally required. For mold control use at 1000 p.p.m.. Used in low temperature dishwashing machines limit available chlorine to 50-100 p.p.m.

Available Chlorine: Use dilution:
50 p.p.m. 5 ml/10 litres of water
100 p.p.m. 10 ml/10 litres of water
200 p.p.m. 20 ml/10 litres of water
1000 p.p.m. 100 ml/10 litres of water

For microbrial control in cooling towers, a free residual of 1 p.p.m. chlorine is sufficient if maintained for more than 1 hour. Chlorine dosages should be 2 p.p.m. based on three cycles per hour.

Available Chlorine: Use dilution:
2 p.p.m. 1 ml/60 litres of water

CAUTION: Do not mix with acids (toilet bowl cleaners, vinegar, etc.) or ammonia.

NOTE: Laundered fabrics for food plant use should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. This product conforms to the requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 60 - Drinking water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Health Canada, has no objection to the use of this product in food plants when used according to label directions.
