HEAVY DUTY PARTS WASH - 200KG

This product is a highly alkaline, non-foaming parts washing powder ideally suited for use in larger industrial cabinet washers. This product is designed for heavy duty degreasing, paint stripping, rust removal and decarbonizing of iron and steel. It is formulated with sequestering agents to handle hard water and rust inhibitors to protect the parts washer and un-rinsed parts.

DIRECTIONS: Scrape off excess grease prior to parts washing to extend the useful life of the product. Add the product slowly into water and circulate to mix. Best results are achieved at 160-200°F (71-93°C).
For light duty applications, use 1-5 oz per gallon of water (6-30 g/L).
For heavy duty applications, use up to 10 oz per gallon of water (up to 60 g/L).
After the initial charge of detergent, more needs to be added on a regular basis to keep up the degreasing properties of the solution.

CAUTION: Contains caustic soda. Add slowly to water. Heat will be generated upon mixing and spattering may occur.
