BASE COAT / SEALER
A water emulsion acrylic semi-permanent floor sealer. Recommended as a sealer for any floor surface where water based sealers are used (rubber, vinyl, asphalt, tile, vinyl asbestos, terrazzo, quarry tile, etc.) Protects from stains caused by matting, tar and rust. Levels and dries streak free in 30 minutes.
