H.D. GREASE FIGHTER PLUS DISH LIQUID (4L)

This product is a highly alkaline chlorine-free liquid warewash detergent designed for removal of heavy grease and soils, where typical warewash detergents are not enough. It contains a high concentration of sequestering agents and is well suited for use in moderately hard water areas without scaling dishmachines. This product is ideally suited for commercial high temp dish machines but can be used in low temp dish machines in conjunction with a sanitizing agent.

DIRECTIONS: Use 1/4 – 1/2 oz per gallon of water. The most economical results are obtained when used with a liquid dispensing system.

NOTE: This is a highly alkaline product. It is not recommended for use on aluminum pots and pans.
