CS+ BIOSURFACTANT CARPET CLEANER (GAL)

Z BioScience’s CS+ Carpet & Floor Cleaner puts the power of natural microorganisms to work, cleaning down to the microscopic level. CS+ eliminates biofilm, which shelters dirt and pathogens, leaving a layer of good bacteria to prevent re-colonization and eliminate odors at the source.

CS+ creates a pathogen barrier by combining FDA-approved ingredients and a proprietary blend of stabilized probiotics. CS+ is gentle on skin, and safe for children and pets, but tough on dirt and harmful contaminants. Effective on mold and mildew, CS+ keeps protecting surfaces for up to three days. It can be used to clean and protect any water-tolerant surface: counters, tables, chairs, trays, walls, floors, etc.

Mixing Instructions
 SHAKE PRODUCT CONTAINER WELL BEFORE DILUTING.
 Standard dilution rate is 60 ml CS+ to 3.8 litres of potable water unless otherwise stated.
 Heavy duty dilution is 120 ml CS+ to 3.8 litres of potable water unless otherwise stated.
 Best when diluted with warm potable water up to 110°F
 DILUTED PRODUCT MUST BE USED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DILUTION.

IN ALL INSTANCES DO NOT USE CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN USED
WITH ANY OTHER CLEANING OR DISINFECTANT PRODUCTS

Carpets:
 Suitable for use in liquid based carpet cleaning equipment, except steam based systems, at above recommended dilution rates.
 Spot Cleaning - via pump spray with a wand (preferred) or by hand sprayer. Best if applied as a Pre-Treatment in such instances (minimum pre-treatment time of 10 mins. Will not harm carpet if left longer as it has a neutral pH. 120 ml to 3.8 litres dilution).
 Heavy or Recurring Stains - dilute CS+ at rate of 120 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water.
 Odor Elimination - dilute CS+ at rate of 120 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water.

Polished Floors:
 Suitable for use in Auto Scrubbers for polished tile, linoleum, concrete and / or polished hardwood floors such as in gyms, basketball courts and the like.
 Dilute CS+ at rate of 120 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water for the first two cleanings
 After first two cleanings change to a diluting CS+ to a rate of 60 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water for ongoing regular cleaning.

Scrub & Re-Coat:
 Dilute CS+ at a rate of at rate of 120 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water.
 Ideal for “Scrub and Re-Coat” applications with orbital scrubber and red pads.
 Is a highly effective and suitable alternative to high pH cleaners.

Mondo Flooring:
 Dilute CS+ at rate of 120 ml to 3.8 litres of potable water and apply using standard equipment for initial cleaning(s) and the cut back to 60 ml to 3.8 litres.
